Anushka was also seen with Ranveer in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat,' where she played the role of a Punjabi middle class woman who launched her own venture. The film was an unexpected success and received good reviews. Anushka's contract to make three films under Yash Raj Films was completed with the Band Baaja Baraat.
