Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on August 15th, 1994. Her work being a model for fitness is very well-known. Ashley does not talk about her parents, however she credits her father as being the one who gave her the motivation to work hard. Her father was a bodybuilder who had a lot of fun when he lived in his 20s-30s. Ashley has always been active. When she was four, she started to swim, and continued doing so for 10 years. There is a strong belief that Ashley was a participant in diverse competitions. However, she did not put in the time because she was not willing to stick to strict diet rules so her body could perform at its best. At the age of 16, she became popular for appearance and physique. It isn't clear if she have had a relationship with anyone during this period. Ashley made the decision after graduating to drop out of school and instead focus on her profession as model. Ashley was 15 when she realised how dissatisfied she felt with her physique. She was encouraged by her grandpa who advised her to join the fitness center. He advised her to take it slowly and to build her physique slowly. Inspired by her success Ashley entered at the 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and won seventh place she was motivated to feel that she had suffered her loss and continued to push herself even further. In 2015, she competed in the WBFF World Championships and won the fifth spot after this event was over Ashley realized that she did not want to compete anymore. While she was receiving photoshoot offers while competing, Ashley was not keen on her two careers to be confused. Now that she was done competing, Ashley became an exercise model. Her photo was published on the cover of a popular fitness magazine, which launched her career of a fitness model as she was able to join an agency for modeling. Since then, she has become an established model that has been a part of numerous bikini brands and world-renowned clothing firms.
